I've just signed up for Frog Host, am looking forward to trying the new service out. In receiving the invoice emails, I noticed a branding error. There is a placeholder image saying to replace the images/logo.jpg.
Thought I'd give you guys a heads up..

Thanks for bringing this to our attention -- I'll have someone look into this immediately. How's your experience been so far otherwise?

It's been fine. The temporary url provided in the emails didn't work, it just 404'd. The dedicated ip initially, wasn't working either, but seems to be now. I'm not sure if there was some provisioning or something that needed to happen, but I assumed it would be accessible right away.
We'll see how things go from here.
EDIT: Ah, for some reason cPanel only showed the shared ip address which is 75.126.118.66, which is the one I was trying. It now correctly displays the dedicated ip address of 75.126.118.68. Did it have to be setup manually?

Temporary url issue fixed. GUI's are great and all except all those checkboxes! Forgot to check something so it didn't actually work
The dedicated IP our initial email never sends it out although going to make that more clear in a bit Hawk Host has an updated email and Frog Host will have the same sort of template. It'll make it clear the email we send out the IP there is not a dedicated IP. As far as cPanel we do manually assign since we use our own system to manage IP's. I'm guessing you logged in faster than someone assigning the IP (we do it right after typically unless there is an issue).

Oh ok. I had signed up for the account at 3 AM, can't expect too much. I tried logging in right after, that would explain why it didn't show the dedicated ip initially. Thanks for clearing that up.
