1. No FrogHost favicon for either the FrogHost site or for the FrogHost forums.
2. You need some handy links at the top of the FrogHost blog page that link back to the FrogHost site and to the FrogHost forums.
3. On the FrogHost Terms of Service page, scroll down to the following section:
Governing Law/Disputes. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of, exclusive of its choice of law principles, and the laws of the United States of America, as applicable. The Agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
Governed by the laws of what and the laws of the United States of America? Is it supposed to refer to the laws of Canada? The first reference to laws in the first sentence of that section needs clarification.
4. I like the following image: http://www.froghost....images/logo.jpg. In particular, the lighting/rays behind the lettering help to grab the eye and to provide visual impact to the site visitor. The font used in the lettering for that image is a good choice, also. It is not too large so that it overshadows the Frog mascot, but it is large enough that it draws the eye away from the Frog mascot. It's a good thing, from the perspective of how it visually impacts the whitespace of the page. It provides a sort of balance, if that makes any sense to you, as far as how the whitespace of the page is perceived by the human eye.
5. I am not as big of a fan of the Frog chosen to be the mascot for FrogHost, as I am of the Hawk chosen to be the mascot for HawkHost. Somewhere that I posted, I think that the term that I used to describe the Frog, when I saw it on the page that used to be up before the actual launch, was "pitiful looking." That green web-type image that serves as the backdrop for the large frog mascot on the front page of the site is a big plus for that frog. The feeling that I get, as I view the large frog mascot on that page (http://www.froghost....n_banner_bg.jpg) is one of energy. Overall, I'm still not a fan of the way that the frog, itself, looks. The superhero type Hawk for the HawkHost mascot visually kicks that poor little frog's ass. Out of curiosity, what was the thinking behind wanting the frog to look as it looks, if you guys don't mind me asking?
6. The brand look of FrogHost is not extended to either the FrogHost forums or to the FrogHost blog. Thumbs down.
7. One thing that FrogHost does a better job of than HawkHost is that you guys did a better job injecting elements of entertainment into the FrogHost brand than you've done with the HawkHost brand. By and large, I think that web hosting companies tend to greatly overlook the value of injecting their sites with entertainment elements. FatCow is one web hosting company that comes to mind of the top of my head that fiddles around with entertainment elements on its site. The quip about "A ribbit in time..." (http://www.froghost.com/About/past) is a specific example of you guys playing upon the overall thematic element of frogs in a way that helps to entertain the site visitor, and helps to set the tone for why the site visitor should want to host with web hosting company touting a frog as its namesake. I would encourage you guys to do more plays on words like that ribbit thing. Your blog is called the Frog Host Blog. Why not just Frog Blog? It rhymes. Rhymes can be a good thing in advertising schemes, which the whole FrogHost site is a form of advertising writ large.
8. You guys rolled out your new brand, and nobody even had any affiliate banners ready for the release date (http://forums.frogho...-banners-links/). A big thumbs down on that decision.
9. A web hosting company about frogs, and not a single lilypad nor pond in sight. Is that a frog or a toad, anyway?
10. On the "Lets Catchup" blog entry of the FrogHost blog (http://blog.froghost...7/lets-catchup/), Tony stated that you guys budgeted $180 for a vBulletin license for FrogHost, but I notice that you guys are using IP Board, instead. What prompted that change, if I can ask?
Suggestions, comments, criticisms, & observations

1. Lost our artist before launch and a favicon was not created at the time. We were not going to delay a launch while we attempted to find one.
2. That's a good idea added to our project management software
3. That's a tricky thing because on one hand we're based out of Canada on the other hand our servers are not. So the laws of the United States would apply to the servers but on the other hand we're in Canada. Maybe it should say both although the countries are nearly identical in respect to all of that.
5. Change of look and the type of brand Frog Host is. Users like the friendly Frog
6. It sort of does but that ones tough without an artist there to do anything.
7. I like the Frog Blog
8. Once again artist decided to leave us high and dry and replacing one is difficult if you want things done well.
10. vbulletin annoyed us with their 4.0 launch and basically voiding all our licenses. The software has been going down in quality for a while so it seemed smart to use a software we have a little more respect for.

I see that you guys have added a favicon for the main FrogHost site. Why not add it for the Frog Blog and for the FrogHost forums, as well? Favicons are small touches, but I think that they are a plus for sites that utilize them.
I also see that Frog Blog heads up the title of the FrogHost blog. The two words rhyme, so I think that they go well together.
Out of curiosity, I would like to ask what happens when that clock counts down and expires, the one on the front page of the FrogHost site? Does it just start counting all over again? Or, will the offer displayed automatically change to something else?
I do understand about how it is, when an artist abandons you, leaving you high and dry. But, there are many artists out there. I still like the HawkHost mascot better than the FrogHost mascot, but I do think that you could squeeze a lot of mileage out of the overall frog theme, if you play upon it.

1) I'll add it to the other entities, just an oversight on my part
2) When the clock counts down the promo is removed. It's only there / count downs when we submit a coupon in our system.
3) I agree completely, it's just difficult to find an artist in the first place, and no we're somewhat locked into these mascots so we need to find someone who will be able to pick them up and tweak them.

1. On the right hand side of the following page of the FrogHost site:
http://www.froghost.com/Webhosting
It states:
Money-Back Guarantee
on all packages incase you're not satisifed with our service. No Questions Asked.
incase should be two words, not one.
satisifed should be spelled satisfied.
2. On the main forum index page of the FrogHost forums:
http://forums.froghost.com/
There is no key to denote which image represents new postings, similar to what exists on the HawkHost forums' main index page with the following image:
