Creating Ticket from Client Area

From Client Area, creating a Ticket seems not to be working

I've removed the image as it was showing some details I imagine you don't want public :)

Anywho tickets are handled through https://support.froghost.com -- the client area is separate. We'll also be modifying that template though so you won't see that section.

doesn´t really matter because of not showing any passwords :)
