I singed up with you  but I want a refund because you don't seem very professional. My account never set up and your live chat is not working.

I hope I will get my $167.40 back

Your account was already canceled and refunded.  You signed up at about 10:30 local time and an hour and  half later you were demanding a refund.  I don't know what your expectations are but we didn't do instant setup and never have.  Depending on the order time and your order information it can take some time to process everything.
